Liability Waiver

Declaration 2024/2025:

Considering the possibility of participating in any program related to Dance Clip led by professional choreographer Justino Neto, also referred to in this term as Justin Neto, including classes, activities, and/or events in any physical location and/or online classes, I agree to the following points:

1. We understand that my participation and that of the individuals registered by me in any Dance Clip activity, program, or event involves risks and dangers of physical stress, strain, and injuries to myself and those registered on my behalf, and we acknowledge that we are freely assuming all risks involved. Additionally, we consciously declare that we are in good physical condition and have no disability, illness, or condition that prevents us from using any facilities, activities, or online programs of Dance Clip.
2. In consideration of the above, we promise and agree to forever release, discharge, absolve, and hold harmless Justin Neto, his assistants, owners of the class/event venue, as well as their employees from all and any actions, causes of action, claims, demands, damages, costs, loss of service, expenses, and compensation arising from, or in any way resulting from any and all personal injuries and property damage resulting from our participation in any activities or programs, regardless of where such programs are located.
3. We also agree and understand that the protection of our personal property is our individual responsibility and that neither Justin Neto nor his team, nor individuals associated with the class/event space will be responsible for loss, theft, or damage to any personal property.
4. We understand and agree that we are solely and individually responsible for any damage we cause to the facilities of the location used for dance. If such damage occurs, regardless of whether it results from negligence, intentional acts, or otherwise, we agree and promise to reimburse and indemnify Justin Neto and/or the establishment.
5. We understand that all photos and/or videos taken of us may be used for promotional purposes by Justin Neto, without compensation to us or the children/adolescents registered who participate under my responsibility.
6. We understand that refunds/credits are only applicable according to the clauses stipulated in the Rules and Cancellation/Refund Policy of which I have acknowledged awareness. We understand that no exceptions will be made to the refund/credit policy for any reason if the established deadlines are not met.
7. We understand that neither Justin Neto nor his team are responsible for any internet-related issues, including, but not limited to, online class connectivity, or any outcome due to lack of communication regarding events or studio policies.
8. We also acknowledge that we consent to appropriate physical contact with the child/adolescent registered under our responsibility being necessary for corrective purposes. We will hold harmless any representative of Dance Clip in this situation.
9. By indicating acceptance of this agreement, I declare that I am over 18 years old, and on behalf of myself and those registered by me, we assume full responsibility for the child/adolescent and ourselves, and we agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Justin Neto, his team, and the owners and staff of the location used for the class/event from damages and costs arising from our participation and the participation of the child/adolescent under our responsibility in the activity described, and we agree to respect and comply with all terms contained herein.
